What languages are supported?
We support automatic detection from Japanese, Chinese, Korean, English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Icelandic, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Indonesian. How accurate are the translations?
We use AI technology to provide highly accurate translations. Our system considers the context of surrounding text to ensure coherent and contextually appropriate translations.
Are my files stored on your servers?
No, neither your uploaded source files nor the translated result files are stored on our servers. All files are processed temporarily and provided for immediate download only.
What file formats can I upload?
You can upload individual image files (PNG, JPG, WebP), ZIP archives or PDF files containing manga pages. For ZIP files, each filename must be unique across all directories and should have an integer filename to determine the page/reading order.
Am I charged if my translation request fails?
No, you are not charged credits for failed translation requests. While translation failures are rare, we only deduct credits when translations are successfully completed.
What are the upload limitations?
Per upload, you can process a maximum of 100MB, 600 pages, and all images must have an aspect ratio between 1:3 and 3:1 (not more extreme).
How do I reset my password and sign out everywhere?
Make sure you're signed out from your machine, then go to sign in and click "forgot password". Follow the instructions and reset the password. After a password change you will be automatically logged out everywhere.
